Our Story
Overwatch was born from a simple observation: the data centre industry is booming, but the workforce pipeline isn't keeping up. As AI, cloud computing, and digital services explode in demand, the need for skilled technicians and engineers has never been greater.
Founded by industry leaders with deep technical expertise, Overwatch set out to bridge that gap — not by treating workers as commodities, but by investing in them as people. We created training programmes, career pathways, and a culture that reflects the discipline and camaraderie that high-stakes environments demand.
Today, Overwatch EMEA operates across the region's most critical data centre markets, providing delivery solutions to hyperscalers, owner operators, end users and helping the industry's emerging talent build careers that last. We're proud of what we've built and we're just getting started.

Secured first major hyperscale data centre staffing contract in the UK market, marking the beginning of our regional growth.
